Episode Summary & Review
Summary
Ardent players of an in depth virtual reality roleplaying game are recruited by the supposed creator of the game for his own purposes.
Our Take
A surprisingly sharp Star Wars sendup, with a Lucas-like game creator exploiting his most devoted fans as foot soldiers. The cult-of-fandom satire lands better than you’d expect from a kids’ show, though the action beats are pretty routine once the premise is set. Worth a watch for the writing, even if Terry’s role here feels mostly functional.
