Episode Summary & Review
Summary
As Derek Powers’ medical condition as Blight worsens, he calls his estranged son home for help. However, an enemy hidden in plain sight has other plans for him that eventually involve Batman as well.
Our Take
A solid season closer that finally pays off the Blight storyline with some real weight. The father-son stuff between Derek and Paxton gives the villain an actual ending instead of a shrug, and the final showdown on the sub is tense. It wraps things a bit neatly, but it’s a satisfying hour that earns the showdown fans were waiting for.
