Episode Summary & Review

Summary

A mysterious woman hires Archer to fake her death, but he’s unable to rise to the occasion.

Our Take

A middling outing that leans on Archer’s pathetic streak a bit too hard, though the noir dreamland setting keeps things watchable. Some solid one-liners land, especially from Cheryl’s duchess persona, but the central con drags in the middle stretch. Fine for fans keeping up with the season, nothing here to convert anyone new.
