Summary
Archer’s search for his father’s identity leads him into hot water in Russia; Agent Barry Dillon is sent to rescue Archer.
Our Take
Archer goes to Russia and the whole thing escalates beautifully, mostly because Barry is the perfect counterpoint, a cyborg agent who hates Archer slightly more than the actual villains do. The animation during the fight scenes is sharper than usual and the bickering lands every time. It’s a fast, mean, very funny half hour that earns the high rating.
