Summary
Archer’s back in the spy game and his first mission is to guard a priceless statue. His second mission, to tell Lana his true feelings. His third mission, to get blind drunk.
Our Take
A welcome return that leans hard on Archer’s coma recovery for laughs, and it mostly works because the show treats his three-year absence as an actual setback rather than a reset button. The statue mission is thin stuff, but watching him fumble basic spy work again gives the comedy a real edge. A solid, if not spectacular, comeback hour.
