Episode Summary & Review
Summary
As the search for the missing girl continues, Shadow dreams of Bilquis. Wednesday discovers the whereabouts of his old love, the Greek goddess Demeter, and resolves to free her from the grip of an unscrupulous antagonist.
Our Take
A mostly setup-heavy hour that leans on Wednesday’s reunion with Demeter to carry the emotional weight, and Blythe Danner earns it. Shadow’s dream sequences with Bilquis look great but feel like a detour the season can’t quite afford yet. Worth watching for the character work, just don’t expect the plot to move much.
