Our Take
A grim, slow-burning hour that strands Cole in a plague-ravaged 2017 and mostly watches him wander through the wreckage. The desolation is convincing and Aaron Stanford sells the isolation well, but the pacing drags once you realize the episode is mostly treading water. Worth it for the atmosphere and a few character beats, but it’s more setup than story.
