Summary
Bill finds himself attracted to Marina, while Jake and Sadie consummate their love. However, after Jake threatens Sadie’s husband Johnny, things take an ugly turn. Meanwhile, the conspiracy around Lee deepens.
Our Take
A slow, romantic hour that mostly stalls the bigger story, though the romance stuff lands better than expected. Sarah Wayne Callies and James Franco sell the Jake and Sadie scenes, and Johnny Clayton turning menacing at the end finally gives the episode some teeth. Fine as a breather, but you’ll feel the plot barely moving until those last few minutes.
