Monday (Aug 10)
Sebastião is stunned to discover that Lúcia’s real name is Alika and that she is a real princess in Batanga. Binta lies to Jendal about Kênia, who despairs at the possibility of being sent to a convent. Chinua warns Dumi about Jendal’s actions against Kênia. Ana Maria asks Casemiro to give Manoel a break before confronting Fortunato. Tonho and Alika reaffirm their passion and commitment to each other, and Mirinho extends an invitation to Omar. Alika talks with Omar about Mirinho’s and Virgínia’s behavior, and Sebastião reveals to Virgínia that Lúcia is a real princess.
Tuesday (Aug 11)
Virgínia is surprised to learn that Alika is a princess and promises Sebastião a reward. Sebastião confides to Onildo that he slept with Virgínia. Jendal announces that his marriage to Alika has been annulled, and Binta celebrates, while Kênia despairs in Chinua’s arms. Omar arrives for the dinner offered by Graça and Casemiro. Sebastião searches through Omar’s and Onildo’s belongings and discovers that Alika is being sought by Jendal. Mirinho tries to turn Omar against Tonho, and Virgínia tells Sebastião they must notify Jendal of Alika’s whereabouts.
Wednesday (Aug 12)
Virgínia insists she will inform Jendal of Alika’s whereabouts, and Sebastião fears the reaction of the king of Batanga. Ladisa manages to throw Pascoal off her trail. Sebastião probes José about his origins. Malungo writes to Alika and tells her that Jendal still has not allowed him to return to Batanga. Mirinho apologizes to Manoel and thanks him for his friendship, while Virgínia blackmails Diógenes. Akin, Ladisa and Dumi celebrate the news of Omar and Alika’s reunion, Binta proposes an alliance to Kênia, and Omar provokes Tonho into fighting him.
Thursday (Aug 13)
Tonho immobilizes Omar, and Alika and her family are impressed by the young man’s talent in combat. Marta scolds Virgínia for ordering a dress from outside town, and Diógenes protects his daughter. Kênia accepts Binta’s alliance and asks Jendal for forgiveness. Marta and Viriato deduce that Virgínia lied about the suspension of her punishment. Casemiro authorizes the search for tungsten on his lands. Fuad grows close to Belmira, alarming Geralda, and Alika makes it clear to Omar that she will not marry him.
Friday (Aug 14)
Teresa believes Omar will not give up on Alika, who grows worried. Ana Maria confronts Manoel about the couple’s relationship. Mirinho masks his discomfort at seeing Adalgisa, and Virgínia explains she summoned the dressmaker to make her a gown. Donato announces that he can see again, and Adônis declares it a miracle worked by Veneranda. Chinua is moved when Kênia says she will fight alongside the people of Batanga. Alika and Tonho promise to help each other realize their dreams in Brazil and Batanga.
Saturday (Aug 15)
Alika feels proud visiting Tonho’s lands. Adalgisa flirts with Mirinho, and Marta and Virgínia notice. Virgínia affects naturalness in front of Adalgisa and Mirinho, surprising Marta. Viriato warns Bartô to abandon his schemes to make Veneranda a saint. Marta confronts Diógenes and says her husband seems afraid of Virgínia. Binta coaches Kênia on how to dress for the dinner, and Jendal finds his daughter’s appearance strange.
