Episode Summary & Review
When Melinda and Jim take in a foster child, they soon discover that the girl’s dead mother is attached to her. With the help of Professor Payne Melinda is able to get the woman to reveal her spirit in order to find out why she hasn’t crossed over yet. Also, when Homer the ghost dog spooks Delia’s golden retriever, she goes to dog whisperer Cesar Millan for guidance.
