Episode Summary & Review
From Singapore the trio head north into Malaysia to dig into the country’s car culture, running challenges in cheap secondhand sports cars: a modified Jaguar XKR, a Nissan 350Z, and a Mercedes CLK with a questionable body kit, all bought for pocket change.
Our take: the most old-school Grand Tour episode of the new run. Cheap cars, humid climate, unfamiliar roads, and three presenters still learning each other’s timing. The Throttle House pair are in their element judging machinery, and the Malaysian stops give it a travel-show warmth the old series did well.
