Summary
The Deep has a close shave in Sandusky, Hughie and Annie have an argument, Frenchie, Mother’s Milk, and Kimiko are captured, and Billy strikes back against Homelander the only way he can.
Our Take
A messy, satisfying finale that mostly sticks the landing. Butcher’s revenge scheme and the Homelander confrontation deliver real tension, and the cliffhanger lands hard, though some subplots like The Deep’s detour feel like padding. Worth the wait, even if a couple threads get shortchanged along the way.
