Summary
Archer takes a higher paying job at a rival agency ODIN; Malory will stop at nothing to get Archer back at ISIS.
Our Take
One of the stronger early episodes, mostly because the Archer and Malory dynamic gets room to breathe without the whole cast crowding it out. The ODIN offer gives us some genuinely funny workplace pettiness, and the ending lands a perfect gut punch. Well worth your time, even if the middle stretch leans on jokes you’ve heard before.
