Summary
Upset after his breakup with Rita, Michael reaches out to Lucille, but is concerned when he discovers she’s dating the Warden behind his father’s back. Michael decides to tell George Sr. about the affair, but his dad has an undercover plan of his own.
Our Take
A busy, gag-dense half hour that leans on the prison setting for some of the season’s better sight jokes, and George Sr.’s scheme pays off nicely. The Rita fallout mostly sits in the background, which is fine since the warden material is stronger. Not a landmark episode, but it moves fast and lands enough laughs to earn the watch.
