Summary
Hvitserk is severely tested. Floki makes an amazing discovery. Freydis gives Ivar a surprise. Ubbe negotiates with the three Danish Kings that have massed their armies in Reading, but the negotiations may have a perilous outcome.
Our Take
A slow-burn hour that mostly earns its pace, with Hvitserk’s unraveling giving Marco Ilsø some real material to work with at last. Floki’s storyline finally moves somewhere interesting after weeks of wandering. The talks with the Danish kings drag a bit, though the ending shakes things up enough. Worth watching if you’re still invested, but not one you’ll remember.
