Summary
Lagertha and Athelstan help to establish the Viking settlement in Wessex. Harbard, a mysterious wanderer, arrives in Kattegat, realizing the forewarned dreams of Aslaug, Siggy and Helga.
Our Take
A slower, moodier hour that spends most of its time in Kattegat, where the mysterious Harbard finally shows up and stirs things up nicely. The Wessex settlement scenes drag a bit and mostly just move pieces around, but the dream connections and the women’s unease give it some real pull. Worth watching, though don’t expect much action.
