Episode Summary & Review
Summary
Following Nobody’s advice, Jane tracks down the 50s Doom Patrol, takes along Larry and Rita, and finds the team in a secluded home for teaching metahuman students. Vic is forced to call on Silas to help him repair, and Cliff gives Silas some fatherly advice.
Our Take
A quieter, sadder hour that digs into the fallout of the original team, and the show is better for it. Jane’s hostility toward the old Doom Patrol gives the episode its spine, while the Larry and Rita material lands some genuinely heavy moments. Vic’s subplot with Silas is the weaker thread, but it’s short enough not to sink things. Worth watching for the character work alone.
