Summary
When he learns that the Unwritten Book is about to be read, ending the world, Willoughby Kipling comes looking for Niles but only finds the Doom Patrol.
Our Take
Cult Patrol mostly works as a chaotic road-trip episode, with the cult nonsense and Kipling’s sleazy charm carrying the fun. The action beats get sloppy though, and some of the character drama feels like it’s stalling for the finale. Worth watching for the weirdness alone, just don’t expect tight plotting.
