Episode Summary & Review
Summary
Jim is trying hard to enact change in the league but the owners don’t seem to care. At the same time, Jim’s relationship with his daughter is getting worse, with visits becoming less frequent as she continues to pull away.
Our Take
Amiddling episode that leans hard on Jim being miserable without giving him much to push against. The league storyline mostly stalls in meetings, though a couple of sharp exchanges between Jim and the owners keep it from flatlining. The daughter subplot is the real drag, repeating beats we’ve already seen. Watchable, but it feels like setup for later episodes rather than a satisfying hour on its own.
