Based on Bruce Lee’s writings, a martial arts drama about Chinese immigrants in 1870s San Francisco, with tong wars, political corruption, and some of the best fight choreography ever filmed for TV. Andrew Koji is a genuine star, and the show balances pulp with real history deftly.
Cancelled, revived, cancelled again, and still worth every episode that exists. The fights alone put most action shows to shame.
