Our Take
This one leans hard on the “party goes off the rails” formula the show has used plenty of times already, and the high school theater setting never quite pays off with the awkwardness you’d expect. Kyle’s storyline has a couple of real laughs, but too much of the middle just spins in place. Fine background watching, nothing more.
