Episode Summary & Review
Summary
Brennen attempts to blackmail Michael into killing government agents and joins forces with another player to strengthen his strategy.
Our Take
A tense hour that leans on Jay Karnes, who plays Brennen with just enough smug menace to make you want Michael to end him. The cat-and-mouse between the two mostly works, though the last-minute arrival of a new player feels like setup for next week rather than a payoff here. Solid, if a bit middle-chapter, and worth it for the showdown alone.
