Summary

Sam tries to help a friend who’s been deemed a dirty cop clear his name. Elsewhere, Michael plans to meet with Jesse’s former handler in order to make sure government documents end up in the right hands.

Our Take

This one splits its time between a fairly routine cop-clearing case and the season’s bigger storyline, and the case work feels like filler more often than not. The Michael and Jesse material moves things along nicely, though. It’s a serviceable hour with a decent payoff at the end, worth watching if you’re keeping up with the season arc.
