Episode Summary & Review
Summary
Daemon visits his wife in the Vale. Viserys and Rhaenyra broker agreements with the Velaryons. Alicent seeks the truth about the princess.
Our Take
This is a slower, talkier hour built around marriage negotiations and courtly maneuvering, and it mostly holds together thanks to the tension simmering between Rhaenyra and Alicent. The Viserys storyline drags a bit, but the ending lands hard and sets up real consequences. Worth your time even if the pacing tests your patience.
