Our Take

This is the episode where Matt Smith and Milly Alcock finally get real material together, and their scenes crackle in a way the political scheming around them doesn’t. The ending lands a genuinely nasty gut punch that reframes everything before it. Some of the suitor business drags, but the back half makes up for it. Worth your time, easily.
