Dany balances justice and mercy. Jaime tasks Brienne with his honor. Jon secures volunteers while Bran, Jojen, Meera and Hodor stumble on shelter.
Our Take
A busy hour that shuffles pieces around the board, with Jaime sending Brienne off on a quietly moving errand and the Night’s Watch stuff holding together better than usual. The White Walker reveal at the end is the real reason people remember this one. Solid connective tissue, even if some threads feel like treading water.
