Our Take
A quiet, oddly melancholy way to open the season, and it takes a while to figure out what the episode is actually about. The reveal is strange and a little sad in a way Adventure Time does well, even if the pacing drags in the middle. Worth a watch for lore fans, though casual viewers might find it slow.
