Episode Summary & Review
Summary
Ahead of the last round, distrust and disgust run deep among the finalists. Jun-ho makes a getaway, determined to expose the game’s dirty secrets.
Our Take
A quieter, transitional hour that mostly works because the show finally pays attention to the people running this thing. The Jun-ho storyline gets its big payoff, and it lands better than expected. The finalists sitting around feeling awful is a bit of a slog, but the ending sets up the finale well. Worth it, just don’t expect the usual tension.
