Summary
Now that the King of Clubs has revealed himself in his full glory, the game finally begins. Much to Arisu’s surprise, things are going pretty well.
Our Take
The King of Clubs game kicks into gear and the show finally gets to do what it does best: big, escalating set pieces with real stakes. The croquet match is absurd on paper but plays out with genuine tension, and Arisu’s crew gets some welcome room to breathe between the chaos. A strong hour that mostly justifies its runtime.
