Saitama trained until he could defeat any enemy with one punch, and now the strongest hero alive is bored out of his mind. The greatest superhero satire ever made plays the mundane despair of a man who has nothing left to win completely straight, while the fights are animated like the fate of the universe.
Season one is a perfect season of television. The joke never wears out because the show understands the joke is loneliness. Essential.
