Summary
After one of the murals in City Hall is defaced, Leslie and the Parks Department compete to come up with a new design. Meanwhile, Andy and Ron share an uncomfortable moment at the shoeshine stand.
Our Take
A slight dip for season two, mostly because the mural competition runs out of steam once the premise is established. The Parks staff’s terrible drawing attempts get some good laughs, and Ron’s silent disgust at Andy’s shoe-shining gig is a nice odd-couple pairing, but the whole thing feels like a middle-of-the-road placeholder. Fine if you’re already binging, skippable if you’re not.
