Summary
Leslie tries to prove she can hang with the guys so she invites herself on Ron’s annual hunting trip, but things don’t go as planned. Meanwhile, April and Andy bond in the office while everyone is away.
Our Take
A rare Parks episode built around an actual mystery, and it works because Ron getting shot is funnier than it has any right to be. Leslie playing detective gives Poehler plenty to do, and the April/Andy office subplot quietly does important groundwork for later seasons. The pacing stumbles a bit in the middle, but the reveal lands well. Solid, funny, worth your twenty minutes.
