Summary
Michael and Pam set out to build their new company.
Our Take
A scrappy, surprisingly hopeful half hour that thrives on Michael and Pam’s odd-couple energy as they chase something for once instead of settling. Idris Elba’s cold presence back at Dunder Mifflin makes a nice contrast, though the Ryan material feels like treading water. It’s a fun pivot episode that earns its optimism without getting sappy about it. Worth your time.
