The team train new hire Helly on macrodata refinement. Mark takes a day off to meet with a mysterious former colleague.
Our Take
A slower, moodier hour that leans on world-building over momentum. Helly’s resistance gives the office scenes their edge, while Mark’s outside life starts filling in the show’s bigger picture, though some of that mystery-teasing feels like stalling. Worth it for the atmosphere and the growing sense that something’s deeply wrong down there.
