Summary
Despite his enemies’ attempts to smoke him out, Oz seeks to expand his reach in the city. Meanwhile, Victor crosses paths with a former adversary.
Our Take
Oz gets some of his best material this season as he starts acting like a king who hasn’t quite earned the crown yet, and Farrell sells every swaggering bluff. The Victor subplot feels like a detour the hour doesn’t need, but the tension with Sofia keeps building nicely underneath. Worth your time, even if it’s more setup than payoff.
