Our Take
A slow-burn hour that mostly works because Cristin Milioti keeps making Sofia fascinating to watch, even when the plot machinery around her feels familiar. Oz’s double-dealing gets him into satisfyingly deep trouble, though a few scenes spin their wheels longer than they should. Not as gripping as the premiere, but the tension builds nicely and the ending earns its punch. Worth your time.
