A sluggish late-season oddity that feels like it belongs to a different show entirely. Daniel gets way too much screen time, the plot involving a mysterious Japanese girl and a reality-warping mask never comes together, and the animation is rough even by season three standards. Only worth checking out if you’re determined to finish the whole run.
