Our Take
This is basically a clip show with the Quintessons’ journal as an excuse to replay old footage, and the frame story around it is thin. A few new bits about Quintesson history are mildly interesting, but not enough to justify the reruns. Skip it unless you’re a completionist or need a refresher on earlier seasons.
