Part two keeps the Galvatron villainy rolling but spends a lot of its runtime on setup, with the Quintessons’ scheme only barely coming into focus. The animation is rough even by this show’s standards, and the new characters get more screen time than personality. Watchable for fans filling in season three lore, but nobody’s missing much if they skip ahead.
