Summary
Most of the Autobots lose their ability transform to robot mode after the Decepticons use a device on them. A handful of Autobots still capable of transforming are their only hope.
Our Take
A pretty disposable filler hour, built around a gimmick that strands most of the cast in vehicle mode and lets the B-team carry the action. The premise sounds fun but the execution is rushed, with the usual season two animation sloppiness and a resolution that comes too easily. Fine background viewing for completists, but casual fans can skip it without missing anything.
