A middling filler episode that leans hard on Blaster’s personality to carry a pretty thin story. The music gimmick is fun for about five minutes before it wears out its welcome, and the animation hits the usual season two dip in quality. Fine if you like Blaster, but there’s nothing here you’ll remember next week.
