Our Take
The season finale mostly delivers on the promise of the title, with a decent action beat and a rescue that finally gets the whole group working together. Still, the pacing is sloppy and several plot threads just stall out, leaving a lot riding on next season. Fine as a payoff if you’ve stuck with it this far, but hardly a satisfying close on its own.
