Summary
Danny battles the Triads and the gangs as they move into the power void left by the Hand’s disappearance. Meanwhile, Joy demands her share of Rand Enterprise while concealing her alliance with Davos.
Our Take
A solid season opener that mostly fixes last year’s pacing problems, with better fight choreography and a Danny who seems less like a sulky kid. The Triad politics stuff is watchable, though Joy’s scheming still feels like a plot we’re waiting to kick in. Worth your time if you bailed early on season one.
