Episode Summary & Review
Summary
Sergeant Grey informs Officer Nolan and Officer Bishop that they are going to have a movie director as a ridealong during their patrol after a fun afternoon granting the wish of a Make-A-Wish kid as honorary police officer Kaydence Patton. Meanwhile, Officer Bradford is tested once again after he learns that his wife, Isabel, has been arrested for drug possession.
Our Take
A solid hour that balances warmth without getting too saccharine. The Make-A-Wish opening is genuinely sweet, and the director ridealong provides some fun moments, though it leans on easy Hollywood jokes. Bradford’s storyline with Isabel is the real draw here, giving Eric Winter his best material yet. Worth your time.
