Our Take
A quieter, table-setting hour that mostly works because it lets the characters breathe between crises. The business-side stuff with Cicero and the computer guy moves things along without much heat, but the kitchen scenes still crackle the way you want them to. Not a standout, though it settles the season into a steadier rhythm than the premiere managed.
