Summary
A surprise health inspection reveals the cracks in the restaurant’s foundation. Carmy goes head to head with Richie.
Our Take
Hands” leans harder into the kitchen chaos, and mostly it works. The Carmy and Richie friction gives the episode its spine, and the inspection adds real pressure without feeling like filler. Some of the yelling blurs together by the end, though. A solid hour that keeps the season’s momentum going without doing much new.
