Summary
In her hunt for a new sheriff, Mayor Jahns clashes with Bernard. Juliette strikes a deal to keep the generator running.
Our Take
A quieter hour that shifts focus to the mechanical level, and it’s better for it. Rebecca Ferguson does a lot with little dialogue, selling Juliette’s competence and grief through work rather than speeches. The Jahns/Bernard politics upstairs drag slightly by comparison, but the generator repair sequence is genuinely tense. Worth your time even if the pacing is deliberate.
