Our Take
The second half of this Doom Patrol opener settles into a slower, more melancholy groove than the first, trading action beats for backstory and emotional weight. The villain reveal lands well and gives the arc real stakes, though the middle section drags a bit. Worth sticking with if you enjoyed part one.
