Our Take

A genuinely creepy hour that puts Raven front and center as Slade returns from the grave with a fixation on her. The horror imagery lands better than most episodes attempt, and the constant snow gives everything an uneasy mood. The other Titans mostly just chase Slade around, but this is clearly Raven’s story and it sets up the season’s bigger arc well. Worth watching.
