Our Take
A middling early episode that leans hard on Beast Boy being the butt of the joke without giving him much room to be funny. The mystery villain is forgettable and the plot stretches thin over twenty minutes. Still, there’s a decent emotional thread about the team taking Beast Boy for granted, and the ending lands softly enough. Fine to watch, but you won’t miss much skipping it.
